We do have a gooseneck trailer hitch that fits your 2017 Ford F-350 Super Duty and allows the use of an offset ball, though there isn't a hitch that is going to be compatible with the 5" Offset Ball # 19308. This particular ball is only a fit for older models of Hide-A-Goose that use a lever to secure the ball, and the one that fits your '17 F-350 uses a pop-in ball.

So instead, what you will need for your 2017 F-350 is the following combination

- B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1116

- 4" Offset Ball for B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Trailer Hitches # BWGNXA4085

While this is 1" less offset that you were wanting, the trade-off is that the Turnoverball is considered by most to be the highest quality gooseneck hitch in the industry because it has a square base for its hitch ball which ensures optimal strength and durability. What that means is the ball isn't going to turn when you are driving, keeping the connection to your gooseneck coupler totally secure and stable, unlike other hitches that have a round base which ensures a lot of movement.

Apart from that the only other thing you may need if you don't have one is a gooseneck wiring harness, with the correct fit for your 2017 F-350 being the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector for Aluminum Beds # C57008.
