Exactly how high does this roof rack sit above the factory mounting rack on a 2021 Toyota Land Cruiser? I only have 6.5inch to clear my garage door top opening with factory tires.

The MegaWarrior # Y07080 is 6-1/2 inches tall without the mounting brackets. The brackets make it about 8-3/4 inches overall so that's not an option for you. Your best bet is to get the Rhino-Rack Roof Mounted Steel Cargo Basket # RMCB02 which is 5-7/8" inches installed on your rails.
