Will the Saris Freedom 4 Fit on a Jeep Wrangler with a Spare Tire on the Rear

In order to find out if the Saris Freedom 4, part # SA4414B, will work with the spare tire of your Jeep Wrangler, you will need to take a few measurements into account.

First, you need to know that the Freedom has a distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to closest part of the rack when folded down is 13-1/2". When the rack is folded up, that distance is 10".

You will need to measure from the center of your hitch pin hole to the outer edge of your tire to see if this will work. If you have a longer distance to overcome, then let me know. I'll be happy to find another rack that suits your needs.

I've linked to a video review of the Freedom on a 2014 Jeep Wrangler. On this one, the Freedom clears the tire. Of course, your hitch may sit in further back position, so make sure to take those measurements.
