Which Cotter Pins Does Bearing Kit BK2-100 Use?

The BK2-100 kit provides me with the correct inner/outer bearings and correct inner/outer races. I intend to purchase 4 kits enough for 2 replacements. questions: 1 I want to buy extra cotter pins - what is the part number. 2 Airstream says to use the following Grease Seal - Airstream part #680387 or National Part 442251560 I cannot find either of these part numbers. What part number should I use? 3 Please recommend the grease I should use and its part number. Thank you for you help.

I would be happy to help!

First for extra cotter pins you will need the # 165649 which is what the # BK2-100 uses.

I tried to cross reference the 680387 but it did not reference to any of the grease seals. The # BK2-100 includes a grease seal that has an I.D. of 1.719" and an O.D. of 2.565". You will need to use digital calipers like # PTW80157 to measure the spindle and hub of your Airstream to confirm which size grease seal you will need.

If you find you need a different size grease seal just let me know.

Lastly for grease I highly recommend the Prime Guard Wheel Bearing Hi-Temp Red Grease # L11380 due to it being resistant to high height which is perfect for wheel bearings.

I included a few videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
