I have a great solution for you. Unfortunately the Hollywood Racks Destination Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # HLY94FR will not work with your 4-inch tires. However, for a platform rack that also attaches at the bikes' frames, I recommend the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider Bike Rack for 2 Fat Bikes # HR200Z-FB. the Trail Rider can hold bikes up to 5 inches wide with wheel diameters up to 60 inches. I also did some research on your SICK cruisers, and you will not need to purchase a Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar # 64005 when attaching your cruisers to the Trail Rider.
