Option for SumoSprings on a 2016 Tundra with Aftermarket Suspension

Question:

Sir/Madam, I own a 2016 Toyota Tundra SR5 with Falcon 2.25” Sport E-Tow/Haul Shock Leveling System. I do a lot of camping with the family and usually carry a roof top tent RTT and about 300lbs of camping gear. I started to notice that the truck squats in the rear and I am looking to fix that while we go out and camp. My everyday weight in the truck is about 150lbs of weight in the bed of the truck DiamondBack Tonneau cover, 4.5 Gallon Rotopax, Tools. I just need something to stop the squatting of the truck when I carry the RTT and camping equipment. Which Sumo Spring color would you recommend and will they work with the Falcons? Thank you. PS/ Do you offer military discounts?

Expert Reply:

From the weight capacities you listed, I suggest going with the SumoSprings # SSR-610-40. This will give you the needed support while not affecting the ride as much as a higher capacity option.

I do have to mention, however, that all the suspension enhancement options we have currently available are designed to be used with stock suspension. It looks like the Falcon system on your 2016 Tundra did not lift the rear end of the vehicle, so as long as you have the space, it should fit without issues.
