Will the Fulton FTJ120W0301 Fit on the Bracket Already on My Boat Trailer?
Question:
Im looking for a snap-ring mount trailer jack with wheel, just like the FTJ120W0301 that will fit onto the weld-on jack mount already welded onto my boat trailer. The trailer was made by Randalls VIP Trailers, Chandler, AZwas in Tempe, AZ back then. It came with my 1986 4Winns 16foot fiberglass boat, that Ive owned since 1993. The dimensions of my snap-ring collar are ID = 2, OD = 2.5. It looks to me, from the dimensions of the weld-on plate that comes with the FTJ120W0301, that the ID of the snap-ring collar is 2.5, so that would mean that the OD of the snap-ring collar, and also the ID of the jack plate that slides over the collar, would have to be quite a bit larger than 2.5. Am I see this right? What is the ID of the jack plate hole that slides over the snap-ring collar? So, Im trying to decide if the FTJ120W0301 will work for my application. If this jack doesnt fit, any thing you would suggest? Also, my plate has holes that are 3inch on center. So that part looks right. Ive attached pictures with measurements. Thank you for your help.

From the measurements you provided, the Fulton Jack # FTJ120W0301 will be a great replacement. It looks like every measurement you got will match this jack and you will have no issues with the install at all.
