There is a heavy-duty 5th wheel hitch that you can use with your 2010 Ram 3500, though there isn't one that has a 37,000 lb weight capacity. Instead, the highest capacity 5th wheel hitch available has a 30,000 lb capacity, and is from Curt:

The A30 uses an interlocking dual jaw system that wraps totally around the king pin, and this vice-like connections means that the back-and-forth chucking, bucking and jarring that you get when towing with lesser hitches won't occur with the A30.

It also has a handy color indicator system that lets you know when the jaws on the hitch are ready to couple, uncouple or tow, making it easy to use. The hitch will mount on standard base rails, so if you need those for your 2010 Ram 3500 you can use the following:
