Question:
Will the part # TL29BK trailer rear light kit replace the rear tail lights on the DIY Trailer KIT LCI 851T? It has to be at least 15 years old, 134 inches long with a 4 by 8 frame.

The Standard Trailer Light Kit with 25' Wire Harness part # TL29BK is a universal fit trailer wiring harness. It is designed for trailers under 80" wide. The tail lights use a petty standard two stud mount. The kit also comes with a harness, marker lights, and plate holder.
I cannot confirm fit on any one specific make/model unfortunately.
