The Thule Motion XT Rooftop Cargo Box - 16 cu Feet # TH629706 will allow you to fully open your rear hatch on your 2021 Toyota Sienna. As far as the compatibility with your factory crossbars, the Motion XT will fit your crossbars as long as they are 3-1/2 inches wide or less and 1-11/16 inches tall or less. In order to ensure the fitment on your crossbars, I recommend measuring these dimensions of the crossbars on your vehicle.
