Thule offers a fit for your vehicle if it has fixed points. These are spots designed to attach an aftermarket rack. There are versions of the 2007 Mercedes-Benz E-Class that do not have fixed points. Those versions do not have a Thule rack fit. You can check to see if your roof has fixed points. I have attached a picture that shows how to find the location of the fixed points on your vehicle. If your vehicle has fixed points, I recommend the 2007 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Roof Rack by Thule. This rack consists of:

Thule AeroBlade Edge Roof Rack - Fixed Mounting Points/Flush, Factory Side Rails - Aluminum - Black, part # TH7602B-TH7603B. This rack will attach the the fixed mounting points. The crossbars terminate at the towers giving the vehicle a factory rack look. This rack has a t-channel, so it works channel mounted accessories as well as clamp on accessories. The elliptical shaped bars will reduce wind noise and help with fuel efficiency. The addition of Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders - Qty 4, part # TH450400, will allow you to secure the rack to your vehicle. It has a weight limit of 165lbs.

If your 2007 Merceded-Benz E-Class does not have fixed points Inno does offer a solution. The Inno roof rack will consist of the following Items:

Inno Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - 42" Long - Qty 2, part # INXB108-2
Inno Flush Feet for Aero Crossbars - Naked Roofs - Qty 4, part # INXS200
Custom Fit Kit for Inno XS200, XS250, and INSU-K5 Roof Rack Feet, part # INK780

This roof rack will clamp to the frame of the vehicle underneath the doors. It will have the same type of t-channel crossbar and you can lock the rack to your vehicle. The bars will terminate at the tower, giving the car a factory rack look and it will have a weight limit of 130lbs.

I have include product description links and video review links below.
