Let's go ahead and start with the weight distribution hitch for your Coachmen Spirit of America 24TB travel trailer. Based on my research, depending on the model year, these trailers have a GVWR of between 4,000 and 4,500 lbs. Based on that you'll have a total tongue weight in the range of 500 to 600 lbs. For a weight distribution system that will work with that tongue weight I recommend an option from Reese:

- Reese Weight Distribution System # RP67509

Reese makes the most reliable systems and this has the perfect weight capacity as your tongue weight will be right in the middle of its 400 lb to 800 lb tongue weight range which is exactly what you want. This will ensure you have a level ride which in turn will make your tow vehicle much easier to control. This system does not have sway control but if you like you can add it now or in the future with the Reese Dual Cam High-Performance Sway Control for Steel Trailer Frames # RP26002.

It comes with a shank but you will need a hitch ball as well, with the correct one depending on your trailer's coupler, either the 2" Hitch Ball # A-90 or 2-5/16" Hitch Ball # A-6..

And to replace your Shurflo 2088-422-144 the replacement you need is the Flow Max, which is the following part:

- Flow Max RV Fresh Water Pump # LC689052

I have added some links below to video reviews for you to check out as well.
