I ordered the c13409 for my 2021 Forester… I only plan on using it for a Thule easy fold bike rack Will the pin hole depth accommodate it..

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13409 has a pin hole center to bumper edge measurement of 4" on your 2021 Subaru Forester.
The Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack # TH903202 is 8" from the pin hole center to the upright bar on the carrier. This will give you roughly 4" of clearance at the tightest point on your Subaru. This is enough to not have any issues with the carrier on your Subaru.
