Acccrding to TruRyde, the # TRU37FR for 5.2 to 7K capacity trailer axles is constructed of cold rolled 1045 steel bar stock. The spindle is compatible with a # 25580 inner wheel bearing, the outer bearing used will depend on the capacity of the axle.
