It is very possible that the Curt Adjustable With Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13704 will fit your Rockwood 1940LTD Pop Up Camper as it is a universal hitch, though you will need to measure the width of your trailers frame to be sure.

The # C13704 fits frames between 22" - 66" wide so if you find your trailers frame is wider than this you will need to go with the Curt # 13703 instead as it fits 22" - 72" wide frames.

These hitches will be perfect for carrying a bike rack or cargo carrier on the back of your Pop up Camper, but you will want to make sure the accessory you use is rated for use on the back of a travel trailer.
