For an all in one AC and heater unit we have the Advent Air RV Air Conditioner w/ Air Distribution Box, Start Capacitor, and Heat Strip, # ACM150CH that is rated for 15,000 Btu. For the same unit with a black exterior cover, ACM150BCH. Depending on what environment you will be in you may want to consider two units. This is a ductless AC unit with the needed air distribution box and has a built-in thermostat. The start capacitor helps to jumpstart the AC when you need a boost and to assist with operating from a generator. This has electric heat strips, a good option when connected to shore power.

Depending on the situation you will be in, generator, shore power or boondocking, you may want to consider a non-electric option for heat. If this is needed, I suggest a couple Camco Olympian Wave 8 Catalytic Safety Heater # CAM57341.
