For a ball mount, youll need # 2923 and for a trailer ball use # 19261 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch ball. Does the above answer mean no trimming is needed or it is an exact fit? If not, exact then it might need some notching correct? Also I need a cross piece for my bike because it doesnt have a cross bar. Which one do you reommend please. thanks

The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75540 you were looking at for your 2021 Lexus RX 350 is indeed confirmed to fit your vehicle, but it does require trimming of the rear bumper fascia as you can see in the included diagram.
It is pretty common for hitches to require some trimming , and in this case the trimming of the bumper will be completely hidden by the trailer hitch receiver.
Moving on to the component for your bike, it sounds like you are looking for an adapter bar. The correct adapter bar will be dependent on the distance from the handle bar tube to the seat post. For example the Swagman Bike Frame Adapter Bar # S57FR has a useable length of 25" - 31" so as long as that matches the measurement of your bike then this would be a great option.
