Since the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76268 you were looking at and all of the other trailer hitch receivers available for your 2021 Acura RDX with the Advance Package will more than likely block the hands free lift gate sensor your only option to guarantee the sensor will still work is using the sensor relocation kit offered by your local Acura dealer.

I recommend going with the # 76268 which has a 350lb tongue weight rating and 3500lb trailer weight rating making it a perfect option for carrying a bike rack, cargo carrier, or ball mount for towing a trailer.

If you are planning on towing with your RDX you will also need a vehicle wiring harness # 119250KIT as long as you do not have the 12v plus power provision, and a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip which can all be found in the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900.
