Will the Draw-Tite 3594 Get Me Close to 16 of Rise if My Hitch is 11 1/2 Off the Ground?

Hello! We recently bought a new 2020 Chevy Bolt EV and had a hitch with a 4-pin flat connector installed on it. We are purchasing a Let Trailer which is described as needing a 1-7/8? ball hitch and hitch height needs to be set 16?, with +-1? of tolerance. As you can see in the attached photo, the top of the opening of our hitch sits at 11.5inch off the ground. Since there is no adjustable height mount available for the 1.25inch hitch, I am hoping that your product number 3594 Draw-Tite Drawbar for 1-1/4 Hitches - 4inch Rise - 10inch Long - 2,000 lbs plus product #19256 1-7/8inch Hitch Ball - 3/4inch Diameter x 1-9/16inch Long Shank - Chrome - 2,000 lbs will bring our hitch height to 15.5, which is within the 16inch plus or minus 1. Am I understanding this correctly? Thanks.

From the measurement you provided, the Draw-Tite Drawbar for 1-1/4" Hitches - 4" Rise - 10" Long - 2,000 lbs # 3594 will definitely get you as close to level as possible. The Draw-Tite 1-7/8" Hitch Ball # 19256 would then complete the set up.
