You know your stuff because you do have the parts exactly right to mount a Thule ProBar crossbar system on the Elevate TS rail system that you have on your Ford F-150. The parts are the same as the ones you listed, which I'll link for you to make it easy to order:

The only other thing I recommend is adding locks to help secure the rack to the rails and protect your investment; you can do this with the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450400.
