Are the Erickson Heavy-Duty Silver Tarp Waterproof

The Erickson Heavy-Duty Tarps like part # EM57021 will work well to keep an area dry. They are not completely waterproof but still do a great job of helping protect what's underneath like most other tarps. I like these tarps as they have more tie-downs than most others so you can can secure them every few feet which will help keep more water out as there will be less openings.
