Yes, we do have a rail kit for your 2021 F-150 Truck with a 5 1/2 foot bed. I recommend item # RP56034-53 this is Reese Quick-Install Custom Outboard Installation Kit w/ Base Rails. These rails are 5" longer than industry standard to allow mounting outside of your frame for easier install. This is a universal adapter and any hitch that is industry standard will be compatible with these rails.
I recommend the Bargman 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness item # 50-97-410. This t-Connector works with fifth-wheel and gooseneck trailers and retains use of your Ford F-150's factory 7-way connector. It connects your factory 7-pole at the bumper to a new 7-pole in the truck bed. Adapter has a 90-degree angle for tight spaces.
