Recommended Hitch for Carrying Bike Rack on 2015 Toyota Sienna

I’m looking to purchase a tow hitch for my 2015 Toyota Sienna for use with my bike rack. I do not plan to tow anything heavier than that. Can recommend the appropriate hitch for my application? Thank you!

Is your bike rack compatible with a 1-1/4 inch or a 2 inch receiver? We offer both for the 2015 Sienna.

I'll typically recommend a 2 inch hitch, because it's the most popular size and therefore will have the best selection of hitch mounted accessories available for it. For a 2 inch hitch that uses a partially concealed design that places the hitch crossbar behind the bumper so it's not visible, I'd recommend the US made etrailer brand Class III hitch, part # e98853. If your bike rack is compatible with a 1-1/4 inch hitch only, you can always use a reducer sleeve like # HT02.

If your bike rack is compatible with a 1-1/4 inch hitch, and all you'll ever use the hitch for the the rack, then for a 1-1/4 inch hitch I'd recommend the Curt Class II hitch, part # C12065. This is a more traditionally styled hitch which would be fully exposed after installation.
