In order to back your boat trailer up an incline without the brakes applying you will need the lock out solenoid part # T4748800 for your trailers brake actuator.
If you would like to install a brake actuator with a manual lockout I recommend the Titan Brake Actuator with Manual Lockout item # T63FR. This is a bolt on actuator with a 2" ball coupler that is rated up to 7,500 lbs.
