Trailer Hitch Recommendation for Carrying Bike Racks on 2015 VW Golf TDI

]I would like to install a trailer hitch to be used for bikes on my 2015 vw golf tdi. Ive installed a hitch before, is it reasonably easy to install on the vw?

The Draw-Tite # 24825 you'd looked at isn't a fit for your vehicle, but we do have options that would fit.
If you don't mind if the hitch is partially visible, I'd recommend the Curt Class I hitch, part # C11412. If you'd prefer a hitch that's more concealed that only have the receiver opening and the safety chain loops visible once the hitch is installed, the EcoHitch # 306-X7309 is what I'd recommend. Both hitches are a confirmed fit.
Curt estimates that it would take a professional about 1 hour 10 minutes to install the # C11412, for the EcoHitch, it would take a pro about 2 hours because the rear bumper cover and bumper needs to be temporarily removed. For a Novice, you can double those times.
