As long as you've got an existing roof rack system with crossbars then you can use the Yakima LockNLoad Platform Rack for Crossbars - Aluminum - 84" Long x 62" Wide # Y05049-39 since this comes with the hardware to mount to most factory and aftermarket crossbars. If you don't already have a roof rack then you will need to add one and the roof rack you need will depend on whether or not you've got the factory mounted tracks on the high roof.

If you've got the tracks, then I recommend using the Rhino Rack roof rack for 2021 MB Sprinter 2500 that uses parts # RRVA180B-2, # RRRLT600 and # RRQMFK11-2, which will provide you with a really durable roof rack that can carry the Yakima LockNLoad # Y05049-39. If you've got a naked roof then I recommend using the Thule Roof Rack for 2021 MB Sprinter 2500 that uses parts # TH713700, # TH460R and # THKIT3032.
