The Swagman Around the Spare Deluxe 2 Bike Rack for RV Bumpers # S80501 only accommodates 2 bikes. For a rack that can hold 4 bikes you'll need a receiver hitch rack like the Swagman Original - 4 Bike Rack for 2" Trailer Hitches Item # S64400.
If you don't have a receiver hitch on your RV then I recommend the Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13703. If fits frame widths of 22" to 72" and can be bolted or welded to the frame. To determine the size of your frame you'll want measure from the inside of the frame to the inside of the other frame. If your frame width falls outside of this range then let me know and I can find the correct fit for your RV.
