Question:
I know the cold air pressure is 80 PSI, If you are going down the road what should the max pressure be in the tire. I am installing an TPMS system?

So typically a tire will increase heat by about 50 degrees when hot from driving. And for every 10 degrees of heat you will gain about 1 psi of pressure. This means you'd normally see a bump in pressure of about 5 psi. So if you set the max alert to 10 psi that would give you a solid buffer.
