Question:
My tires are rated for 95# cold Max. Is that the pressure I should run or should I run a little less? Setting up TST-507-FT-4-C Should the high pressure setting be 95# or what would be the proper high pressure setting? Tires are Rainier 235/80R16 F load

You should air the tires up to the max PSI rating stamped on the sidewall of your tires, which in your case is 95 PSI as you mentioned. Trailer tires have a different sidewall construction compared to standard vehicle tires, and running less than the max air pressure causes the tire to build up excess heat. Since heat is the main enemy of tires you want to do everything you can to avoid heat.
When setting the high pressure warning of the TST TPMS for RVs - Color Display - Signal Booster - 4 Flow Through Tire Sensors # TST-507-FT-4-C approximately 25% higher than the max PSI rating, so you will want to set it at or close to 119 PSI.
I included a video of the # TST-507-FT-4-C for you to take a look at.
