Thank you for the photo and there is a way for you to use a pair of Thule Hullavators on your 2019 Toyota RAV4 with raised side rails. You will need a roof rack with long crossbars, since the Hullavator requires 28-1/2" inches of crossbars space. So that's 57", and there is an option for a rack with 58" crossbars that will work for you, and here is exactly what you will need for your 2019 Toyota RAV4 with raised side rails:
- Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack # MPG216
- Thule Hullavator Pro Kayak Carrier and Lift Assist # TH898
This will give you the roof rack you need for a pair of Hullavators, and I do recommend adding locks to the Hullavator, and for a pair of Hullavators you will need the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450400.
