To install the Curt slider fifth wheel hitch part # 16516 in the bed of your 2015 Chevy Silverado 2500HD you will need a fifth wheel rail kit that fits your truck. For that you'd need the # C16411-204 which I attached a link to the install instructions for as well as an install video.
