Will this work on a toyota prius prime plug-in electric 2017 and what receiver must be installed for it to be used? For your 2017 Toyota Prius Prime there's only one hitch available that would be able to handle a 4 bike rack like the Curt # C18030 that you referenced and it's the EcoHitch part # 306-X7369 since it's a 2 inch hitch. The other hitches are Class I 1-1/4 inch which are limited to 2 bike racks max.
This EcoHitch has a lower hitch opening that can be removed when not in use to give you a totally invisible look when not needed as well.
