We do carry compatible ladder rack/tonneau cover combinations for your 2006 Toyota Tundra (6-ft. double cab). For a tonneau cover that will leave your stake pockets open for a ladder rack, I recommend the BAKFlip G2 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK26405. The G2 features a quad-fold design that allows for partial or full truck bed access in seconds without having to remove the cover. Another great feature about the G2 is that if the tailgate is closed, the cover cannot be opened. This creates theft deterrence when locking your truck's tailgate. As far as installation, the G2 comes with all hardware necessary for an easy drill-free installation.

For a compatible ladder rack with the G2, the only ladder rack we carry that sits on top of the bed rails of your 2006 Toyota Tundra is the Thule TracRac SR # TH43002XT-505. However, due to the fact that the BAKflip G2 folds up against the rear of the truck cab when fully open, in order to fully open the tonneau cover, you'd need to halfway open the cover, then slide the front most leg as far rearward as you can, then open the tonneau all the way and then slide the front most leg back forward. All this must be done because of the way the uprights for the ladder rack slope inwards toward the bed. You would not have the issue of readjusting the G2 if you used a roll-up cover like the Access Vanish Soft, Roll-Up Tonneau Cover # 834532008063 (which is also compatible with the TracRac SR).

As far as a kayak carrier that can carry 2 kayaks, we currently do not carry a single accessory that will be able to hold 2 kayaks alone. Since the crossbars on the Erickson Truck Bed Ladder Rack w/ Load Stops # EM07705 measure 3-1/4 wide by 1-1/2 inches tall, the dimensions eliminate all of our traditional j-style carriers and our saddle mount carriers. However, I recommend the Malone Foam Kayak Block for Truck Racks # MPG159. The Malone can carry 1 kayak and has a maximum weight capacity of 55 pounds. In addition to the foam blocks, I recommend the Malone Bow and Stern Tie-Down Kit # MPG306 and the Malone Hood Loops for Bow and Stern Tie-Downs # MPG322.
