Question:
our awning stopped working because the outside controller got wet. I bought the replacement switch from you and I have replaced the controller. I have lights and both the inside and outside switches work have power..... sort of........... in order to change the outside sensor I had to manually lower the awning via the 7/16 bolt manual operator on the right control arm. When I replaced the outside controller the motor starts to turn and then stops, it makes maybe a quarter turn and then unwinds. The outside switch turns the lights on but will not retract or extend the awning. Also, the wind sensor does not light up. The inside switch starts to retract and then the motor is winding but the awning is not moving.
