While there is one roof rack that will fit your 2019 Tesla Model S sedan with a glass roof, I verified with Rhino-Rack that their rack isn't a fit for your vehicle. Instead, the only option for a rack for your Model S is from Thule, and I verified with them that the rack for your Tesla consists of the following parts:

- Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars - Silver # TH711400 or Black # TH711420

- Rapid Podium Feet for Thule Crossbars - Fixed Point # TH460R

- Fit Kit for Thule Podium-Style Roof Rack Feet # THKIT3153

- (Optional) Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450400

The way it mounts is that the fit kit will install to fixed mounting points which are on the sides of your vehicle; the feet will then attach to the fit kit, and the crossbars will attach to the feet, completing the set up.
