We do have the correct replacement wheel holders, but the Replacement Wheel Holder # HRSPRWHR is not the correct wheel holder for your Hollywood Racks HR1450Z-E.
For your rack you want to use the Right Replacement Universal Wheel Holder # HR39FR as it is specifically fit for your rack. A Left Replacement Universal Wheel Holder # HR59FR is also available for your rack.
