The Thule Helium Pro # TH9043PRO will work with your 2021 Jeep Wrangler, but the spare tire may cause an issue. You could get this swing away adapter # SAR36VR which will allow you to swing the rack away when you're trying to access the back of your jeep. This is a PERFECT product for Jeep owners. The Thule Helium seems to fit a stock tire on a Wrangler but if you've already upgraded wheels/tires then you may need the swing away adapter.
