Can you tell me which harness I need for a 1981 Shasta pop up camper?

For a trailer of that age, it's difficult to say what connector would've been used, as many of the camper manufacturers used proprietary connectors like what the Jayco # 30104 adapter is compatible with.
The best practice would be to remove the existing trailer connector and replace it with a 4 pole trailer connector like # 18004.
