Can I Use the RockyMount BackSwing on a 2021 Honda Odyssey

Question:

I am concerned because I keep hearing that there is a ground clearance issue with a hitch and bike rack on the back of the Odessey. Any truth there.

I can understand the concern and you're correct that the 2021 Honda Odyssey doesn't have the best ground clearance, but it's not going to keep you from carrying a bike rack on your trailer hitch. I've seen a lot of our neighbors that have carried bike racks on the hitch they've installed on their Odyssey without experiencing any major problems.

A hitch like the etrailer Trailer 2" Hitch Receiver # e98855 has 14" of clearance from the top of the receiver opening to the ground; on the RockyMounts BackSwing # RKY10002 you were looking at, the platforms for the bikes sits above the receiver shank so it'll help with any ground clearance issues.
