Yes, the Yakima FullBack 2 Bike Rack - Trunk Mount - Adjustable Arms # Y02634 is confirmed to fit your 2012 Honda CR-V. I attached a demonstration video which shows this bike rack on a 2009 Honda CR-V. This is a very nice adjustable bike carrier that works with a large variety of bikes. That said, if you have a women's, children's, step-through, or other oddly shaped bike then you will need an adapter bar such as # RRRBCA021.
