Does Flex Air Pin Box Require Deflation When Stored for Long Periods of Time

There's no inflation/deflation maintenance schedule for the air bags in the Trailair Flex Air pin boxes like the # LC328492 that you referenced. Whatever PSI rating your towing setup requires can be left in at all times. If you prefer letting air out when storing the trailer don't go below 5 psi though as this allows the bag to hold it's shape.
