The bed lengths between an F-150 and F-250 of the same year with the same cab should be the same. If you could tell me the year and cab style I can tell you if there are any differences. But if you have a short bed and want to tow a 5th wheel trailer with a gooseneck trailer hitch an offset adapter like # CAB-C5GX1216 is not going to give you any extra clearance when making tight turns because the pivot point does not change.
