Will Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch 41945 Fit 2007 Ford Van With Step Bumper

I have the work style bumper with a ball hitch provision , its larger than the normal bumper. Will this hitch receiver fit with this bumper?

The Draw-Tite # 41945 you were looking at will indeed fit your 2007 Ford Van with the step bumper which you can see in the included video of this hitch being installed on similar van with the same step bumper.
To complete your towing setup you will also need a vehicle wiring harness # C56020, and a ball mount # AMSC2HD, 2" hitch ball # A-90 or 2-5/16" hitch ball # 19286, and hitch pin and clip # PC3.
