The 7-way Vehicle Power Adapter # FR74FR will unfortunately not work on 2021 model year vehicles. Currently, we do not have a direct connect solution for the 2021 model year GM truck due to an issue with the running lights voltage being sent out from the truck.

However, to work around this, you can use the Upgraded Heavy Duty ModuLite Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness with Installation Kit # 119190KIT that would splice into your vehicles 7 way connector and would provide enough power to handle a backup camera.
