Will the Swagman Chinook # S64683 Work with My Spare Tire that Requires 9 Inches of Clearance?

I have mounted rear spare that sticks out 9inch from center hole of hitch. Will this work?

I have a solution for you. Unfortunately, the Swagman Chinook # S64683 requires 6 inches of clearance from the center of the hitch pin hole in order to fold up. Since your spare tire takes up 9 inches of space, the Chinook will not be able to fold up on your 1996 Ford Bronco.

With that being said, a great alternative is the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # HR200Z. The trail rider has a distance of 12-1/8 inches from the shank's pinhole to the closest part of the rack (folded up and down) which is plenty of length to clear your tire. Also, the Trail Rider comes with the same frame-mount attachment style, 45-pound per-bike weight capacity, and keyed-alike locking system as the Chinook. One of the main differences is that the Trail Rider does not have a tilt-away function. As far as hitch compatibility, the Trail Rider will be able to fit your hitch whether it is a 1-1/4" or a 2" receiver.

If you have bikes with women's-style frames, children's frames, or alternative style frames, I recommend the Swagman Deluxe Bike Frame Adapter Bar # 64005. The bike frame adapter bar will give your bikes a straight horizontal plane that is required to attach to the ratcheting hooks of the Trail Rider.
