What I think you are asking is if the SM Arnold Polyester RV Cleaning Brush w/ Telescoping Handle, # 38185-678-5, has a flow-thru handle for running water from a hose thru the handle expelling out the brush head. It does not. However, the SM Arnold, # 38183-038 does have this feature in an 8" cleaning head extending out to 66" and the # 38125-670 is a version with a 10" cleaning head.
