Swagman Chinook Bike Rack Used With the LIV/Giant Flourish - Alternative Frame Bike

Question:

Can you tell me if the frame mount on the Swagman Chinook will work with a LIV/Giant Flourish bicycle? The down tube on the particular model of bike has an extreme angle. If it doesn’t support this bike, I’ll need to go with a wheel mount rack. I’ve included a photo of the bike
