Question:
I have been having problems with my fantastic fan, which works when I raise it manually, but with no speed or temperature control, but doesn’t respond to the remote. I bought i new remote, but that didn’t solve the problem. Today we looked in the guts of it and saw that what appears to be rain sensor has snapped off at p3, it looks like. There is an open set of pins at p-11. Can I either get a new connector the broken pipe s are sticking out of the old one and use p-11 for the rain sensor or just disconnect it all together and get my other functions back?

The only way to get the replacement circuit board for your Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent is through part # FV807359, which is essentially all the main internal components, including the circuit board, screen assembly, powered lift, as well as a new remote control. Fan-Tastic Vent circuit boards aren't available separately, so this is your best option to get your fan back up and working again.
They also do not offer just replacement pins for the boards either. If you wanted to go that route you might see if you can find a small electronics repair shop near you.
