Is there an adaptor for skis and snowboards?

We have a similar swing away bike rack that does have a ski/snowboard adapter available for it with the Thule Apex Swing part # TH9027XT and the Tram ski/snowboard adapter # TH9033 but there isn't a similar solution for the Sportrack # SR2415 that you referenced.
