I would start by verifying that you are getting 12 volt power from your tow vehicle that will charge the batteries on your trailer. If you are not getting power you will need to check charge line on your vehicle with any fuses or circuit breakers that will power the line. I have included a picture of the wiring diagram from the instructions for your Brake-Rite II SD braking system.
If you have power going into the Remote Mounted SD Control Module you will need to verify that it is charging your break away batteries while it is connected to your tow vehicle. If it does not this is a sign that the controller or wiring may be damaged and needs replaced. If your controller is faulty you will have to replace the entire BrakeRite System # T4813102 as the control module is no longer available.
Depending on the age of your batteries they may need replaced as well. It is a good idea to have these tested annually as they often sit for long periods of time and replace as needed.
